Leatherhead Parish Church (LPC) is seeking a dedicated Besom Operations Lead to oversee and support the impactful work of Besom in Ashtead & Leatherhead.

📌 Role: Besom Operations Lead
🕒 Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible based on Besom’s needs)
📍 Location: Based with Besom and in the community
📅 Contract: Fixed two-year term (six-month probation)

About the Role

This vital position involves coordinating prayer support, furniture assessments, collections, and deliveries with our volunteer team, ensuring that those in need receive essential household items. You will engage with clients, referrers, donors, and volunteers to facilitate smooth operations while fostering meaningful community partnerships.
