Making a will and reviewing it regularly is an important step in gaining a peace of mind over the future. 

Many of our congregation members like to leave a gift in their will for Leatherhead Parish Church. Through their kindness, these gifts have been used to make a real difference to the lives of people in our area and beyond, both in maintaining our current ministry and transforming its future.

  • In many cases, you can reduce inheritance tax on your estate and increase the amount available for your loved ones by leaving a gift to a charitable organisation such as LPC. For more information on the tax relief you can receive when leaving a charitable gift in your will, you can visit the government’s site here.

  • Farewill, an award winning will provider has partnered with the Church of England to offer a free will writing service. The service is available to everyone, and Farewill will give you an optional opportunity to leave a gift to church after you’ve provided for your loved ones. 

    Many people find they can do their will online in only 30 minutes.
