LPC Kids

partnering with parents to raise disciples of Jesus

We can’t wait to see you.

We partner with parents to build a gospel-centered spiritual foundation in their children’s lives. We teach from God’s Word so that children may become confident in the nature and character of God, and learn what it means to love God, love others and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Sunday Kids Groups (from January)

  • At the 9:30 service, there is a supervised room, The Little Play Cafe, in the Lighthouse. Here parents can leave children over 1 with our kids team volunteers.

At the 11:30 service, the Little Play Cafe is unsupervised and parents are welcome to use the space and hear and see the service.

We also have a sofa area at the back of church where parents and babies are welcome to stay during the service.

  • A supervised group for kids aged 3 - year 2. In this group we have free play, sung worship, learning bible stories and we have fun making crafts! Located in the Lighthouse across the road from Church.

  • At the 11:30 service there is a supervised group for children in school years 3-6. In this group we play games, have a time of sung worship, Bible teaching, discussions and fun making crafts! Located in the Lighthouse across the road from Church.

  • At the 11:30 Service Younger Youth have a group in the Upper Room during the second half of the service.

  • The LPC Kids Desk will open 15 minutes before the start of the service.

To ensure your child’s safety, you will be given a printed sticker with the Childs name that includes a security code and a corresponding sticker for yourself. You must show your matching sticker when you pick up your child.

    • Before the Service

Come to the LPC Kids Desk to register & collect your stickers for yourself and your children. Then either enjoy our free cafe, get to know others, grab a seat for the beginning of the service!

    • Start of Service

All children will stay in the main service for the first song.

    • Going to Groups

After the first song, children will go to their group rooms. Parents are responsible for their children until they have entered and checked into their room group. Youth stay in the service until later when they will be directed to their group.

    • During the Service

If your child needs to be collected during the service someone will either come to advise you or the number will come on the screen. If you see their number, please head to your child’s room.

    • After the Service

After the service has finished, please head straight to your child(run)’s group room to collect them with your sticker.

    • When you get home

Why not ask your child to share what hey learnt in their group that morning!? Carrying on the conversation in a great way to disciple your children at home!
